Now’s the time to fix up your pool!

Now’s the time to fix up your pool!

Our Work
Although we have had a very mild Autumn on the Central Coast it is now too cool to be in your backyard swimming pool unless you are running a heater 24-7. This is the best time to do any maintenance or rejuvenation to your pool surround to make sure you get maximum use come swimming season. If you are looking at selling your property in the spring market and your pool needs updating then it is also the best time to do it. We work with all budgets and sometimes the most simple and affordable way gives the best result as the following images show. If you would like a quote please contact the team and we will be happy to discuss available options.

Amazing pool surround in Wamberal.

Amazing pool surround in Wamberal.

Our Work
To call this project a renovation would be a massive understatement, the owner had a clear vision for the high end coastal look he wanted to achieve and we think it surpassed that. Our job was to deliver a massive pool surround and multiple outdoor entertaining areas. The pool was a unique/ irregular shape due to the block and the orientation of the original house. All our angles had to come together perfectly or your eye would pick up any lines that were slightly off. There were step downs and multiple support columns to work around but in the end we are so proud of the result we think this is some of our best work to date. Have a chat to us no matter the scale of your project as…

Terrigal Pool Renovation

Terrigal Pool Renovation

Our Work
The owner of this Terrigal property was getting ready to sell and was advised by their real estate agent that they could add value by removing the old pool pavers and freshening up the whole pool surround. Central Coast Pool Surrounds put forward a proposal that kept the project within budget whilst maximising the return on their investment. We aimed to keep as much of the existing materials, particularly the items that cost the most to install. New decking, stacked stone veneer on the walls and stamped concrete has given the owners a perfect summer entertaining area, which in the end was the key selling point of the home. If you are getting ready to sell and have an old pool stuck in the 70's give us a call and…

Maitland Ponds Pool Surround

Maitland Ponds Pool Surround

Our Work
We recently completed a new pool surround at the Maitland Ponds Estate. The amazing finish on this new pool build was achieved with a mix of stamped sealed concrete and marble coping over the fibreglass shell. We used interlocking retaining wall blocks in a charcoal colour with the textured "split face" and matching capping. A water feature at the pool end hides the filter and pump. Once the shell was in we levelled everything, poured footings and layed the retaining blocks. Next we laid the slab and stamped the concrete before adding the coping tiles. We are most happy with all details like the tiling around the curve of the spa, as too were the owners who will get many years of maintenance free use from our work. Give us…

Concrete and Travertine Pool Surround

Concrete and Travertine Pool Surround

Our Work
This pool surround  was done at a new housing estate in Kurri Kurri NSW. The first part of the project was to excavate all the levels for the terraced lawns and the retaining walls. Next we poured strip footings to support the interlocking block walls. Travertine tiles were used to cap the pool edge which gave us the edge for our concrete pool deck which was finished off with a natural rock texture then stained and sealed. Turf was laid and the site cleaned already for the neighbours to come and have a look. [the_grid name="Kurri_ps"]
